The Neighborhood Watched
Synopsis
There Goes The Neighborhood!
It’s “Desperate Housewives” meets “The Burbs” meets “Big Brother”. This unpredictable TV “Dramedy” opens with a 747-cargo plane, bound for Hollywood, taking a nosedive into a quintessential sleeping neighborhood; waking the residents to the social dysfunctions of those living right next door. The ill-timed crash will unearth dark secrets that were meant to stay buried. This hilarious and edge-of-your-seat spectacle will unravel on a 24-hour day per episode ratio: Day 1 – “The Sky Is Falling”
Much like any other good tragedy, the bewildered residents, of the eight remaining damaged but standing homes, band together… well, almost everyone. With more bickering then bonding going on and no one willing to take the lead, the crowd turns to the reluctant Sprat family; David, Brooke and their 16 year-old son, Mark. They’re the most liked and respected residents on the block – best known for a smile, a friendly wave and minding their own business. This experience is going to stretch those boundaries a bit.
One lone house at the end of the street remains remarkably unscathed and it’s occupants strangely uninvolved. No one recalls ever meeting them or caring. Something strange is definitely going on. When the neighbors go calling, the government scrambles to hide a decades long secret experiment. Did the house just glitch?
What happens next on this Shell-shocked private cul-de-sac will cost some residents their lives and save others from themselves. At the end of the day, when the sun sets on the place we call home, the question begs to be answered… Do we really know who our neighbors are? Expect heartwarming moments and the unimaginable. There are no two ways about it; this is one neighborhood that must be watched.
